About

Founded in 1976, Alpha Productions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual disabilities through community-based day training and employment development services. Our mission is to equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and support needed to achieve competitive employment and greater independence within their communities.

In partnership with Nevada's Sierra Regional Center, we develop personalized training plans tailored to each individual's unique strengths, abilities, and career goals. Through structured skill development, vocational training, and community engagement opportunities, we help participants build meaningful pathways toward employment and personal success.

In addition to our training programs, Alpha Productions proudly partners with respected companies including IGT, Fastenal, Summitech, Securitron, and Peep No More to provide manufacturing and production services. These partnerships create valuable work experiences for the individuals we serve while delivering quality products and services to our business partners.
